Guenièvre BORDINAT is the Legal Head for the Commercial sector in France/Belgique/Luxembourg/Espagne/Portugal, and for the Public Sector vertical in EMEA.
She has 15 years’ experience both as outside counsel in international top tier EMEA law firms, such as Clifford Chance and Simmons & Simmons, and as internal counsel in worldwide companies. As external counsel and lawyer at the Paris Bar, Guenievre was notably working for the IT, the customer retail and the banking industries. This allowed her to build a strong expertise in negotiating complex deals and contracts, managing large acquisitions, advising on diverse HR, IP or data protection challenging aspects. She also structured investment funds for the World Bank and the European Investment Bank.
Guenievre has been appointed Unisys EMEA representative for the Inclusion and Diversity program in 2018, has co-built and implemented the 2019 French employees engagement program, and is now building the EMEA women in IT network for Unisys together with 6 other core members.
She holds a master degree in international business law and management at ESSEC. Guenièvre is also major of her master degree in IT law at Panthéon-Assas University and received the price of the Paris Bar.
